The Salvation Army – 2015 Impact Report

I’ve always had the utmost respect for the Salvos, so it was great to get an email a few months ago requesting my photographic services. Rape and Domestic Violence Services Australia – AGM

Domestic violence is a huge issue in Australia right now. The horrific figure of two women killed by a partner each week is finally gaining the attention it deserves. AMP Tomorrow Fund 2015

Following the excellent Adam Spencer-hosted awards night for the AMP Tomorrow Makers 2015, I’m starting to wrap up my production of a dozen or so videos, each showcasing a very deserving winner.
It’s been really fun. I’ve met an astronomer, a wrestler, a couple of aspiring Olympians, a number of life-changing app makers, a woman taking on the ice epidemic in her home town, a nine year-old mitochondrial researcher, a sculptor, environmental scientists and more . I’ve been to Melbourne, rural Gippsland, Brisbane, Bathurst and all over Sydney.

ACFID – 50th B’day

I was delighted to be on hand for the 50th birthday bash of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) in Sydney. The organisation represents many of the international NGOs I work for – Care, Oxfam, WaterAid, Marie Stopes and more – so it was great opportunity to ‘feel the pulse’ of the sector. And take a few photos too, of course.
